Responsible play

Clear soft-launch language for FanHigh market handoff and user protection.

Last updated April 18, 2026.

Coach is not the same as trading

FanHigh Coach gameplay can operate as a free social and strategy experience even when regulated market access is disabled. Leaderboards, play-calling, and replay challenges should not be confused with real-money trading.

Partner boundary

Any real-money event contract or regulated market action should occur with an approved third-party partner, not inside an in-house FanHigh betting system. Eligibility, KYC, AML, and jurisdiction controls should be enforced before partner handoff.

Eligibility and control settings

Users who enter a regulated partner flow may be subject to age checks, identity verification, jurisdiction restrictions, self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, cooldowns, and reality-check prompts.

Risk disclosure

Regulated market activity involves risk. Access should remain disabled until legal review, partner readiness, support escalation paths, and user disclosures are complete.

Support route

If a user has questions about eligibility, limits, self-exclusion, or partner handoff, route them to support with their jurisdiction, account state, and the exact step where the flow failed.
